That was little hotel set in well kept area, next to beaches as well as close enough to the beach. I had the a double room which was reasonably large and updated with a king sized bed.

Just a prime choice for a hurried visit in Hampton with good value for price. The beds were comfy and clean. If you don't mind grungy surroundings, it could work.

I did not want to leave there, had a REALLY NICE experience and would stay here again. The location was convenient in a well-kept area, not far from beach and restaurants, grocery store and the shops. Moreover, it was about 30 mins walk from Seabrook Beach. It was updated, decent sized and for value. Having a bath tub and a shower was a bonus.

The location is fantastic. Just a two-block walk to the beach. The rooftop pool was fun and surprisingly warm! The room was clean with a comfy bed and included a fridge and microwave. Plus, I loved the deck outside the room for sipping morning coffee.
